Mine is Mahatma Ghandi, the leader who let India break away from British rule through nonviolent resistance. I'm going to order the video "Ghandi" from Amazon today. That's all... Hal
There are many but the most recent is Trump. He took on the establishment and won; showing others that it could be done. More are going to follow. He worked for the people and not the powerful like we have now.
I really meant the National Leader other than the US. For the US, I vote for "Ronny Raygun"! (I liked him as an actor too!) Hal
Well in short it sure as hell isn't Trudeau, lol. Historically: Churchill, hands down Present day: Angela Merkel
Ron Paul. People claimed he was an isolationist when he wanted to extricate us from foreign entanglements and when he got close to becoming a contender for President, the RNC changed the rules. He was against empire building and for truth in gov't; auditing the FED. The powers that be could not stand for that.
I voted for Ron Paul in 2008 and again in 2012, but I lost some respect for him during the 2012 campaign because it became clear that he wasn't in it to win but to build up a campaign chest for his son, who endorsed Romney. Politicians are like movie stars - once you start idolizing them, they will disappoint you. Like movie stars, most of them are simply playing a role, anyhow. Trump was the best president we've had in my lifetime, but that doesn't mean that I trusted the guy.
That’s what He became. During the time of His physical life He was a leader of a large section of the Jews also known as the nation of Israel. Israel the man. Israel the land. Israel the nation.
