I recently commented on the same thing happening to Spencer Tracy in "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner." Both knew their time was limited, yet there they were on set. That must have been a surreal moment when Robinson was filming that death scene as the final scene of his life, knowing his demise was imminent.
There is a company that is marketing a "I Got The Shot" bracelet so you can "share your vaccination status." And if you don't wanna do this voluntarily, they are there to help your repressive employer force you: They are on a mission: To bring the world a little closer in a time of the COVID-19 pandemic and for you to demonstrate to the world your vaccination status. Defeating this pandemic takes both collective and individual action, the highest expression of which is the enormous concentration of research, experimentation, and capital that produced a successful COVID-19 vaccine in record time. As a society there are actions we take everyday to ensure the health and safety of ourselves and those around us. As an individual, you have demonstrated your commitment to completing the vaccination series. They even send you and your employer notification of when your booster(s) is needed...and needed and needed and needed!!! Ain't that special??? I'm sure that profits are secondary to keeping the planet virus-free. There is at least one business I found using this...El Merkury Central American Street Food inside the Reading [Pennsylvania] Terminal Market. All their food service employees have been vaxxed so "people know it's safe to eat from us."
Young girl does a pretty good job of lecturing adults, not that most of them in the room cared. https://twitter.com/critica18495985/status/1483889174734417922?s=21
Bless her heart. If all girls were like this one, maybe women shouldn't be allowed in the military after all. It would be way too inconvenient. Just having to worry about college is sacrifice enough.
Wow, no kidding?? That's creepy, and I have often thought of it while watching one of those "relaxing ambience" videos on youtube, just nature etc. Remember ole Edward G.??
@Joe Smith pointed out that Robinson died 12 days after filming that movie. Apparently he had bladder cancer. Kinda puts a different perspective on his last scene, don't it?
