Because it's not an it. Its don't register for accounts and give birthdates. Someone registered for the account and as far as I can see, someone simply has our site in a tab, which logs her in automatically every time she boots up the browser.
I send welcome messages to everyone I accept but most people don't respond to them. You certainly can start a conversation with her, however. I don't see how she can be anything to worry about, though.
