Ok, today is Wednesday the ninth, say we begin this on Friday the eleventh, or on Monday the fourteenth. This will give us at least a few days to get a list started. And I'll say thank you now @Terry Page for getting us started by announcing the thread once we come up with guidelines. I think two days as @Holly Saunders suggested is good, and she explained the game much better than I. But I do worry that there won't be enough of the members that will sign on.
I am not online much from Friday evening until Sunday evening so I can't take the hotseat on a weekend.
It's appears to me that time wise I'm an average 10 to 16 hours ahead of most of the members ,so that may help you in working out how long to leave it before you expect to get a reply from me .
Ok, we still have to figure out the time thing, and I believe when @Terry Page wakes up he is our best bet at coming up with a workable time schedule since he is always traveling through the different time zones. But we can start the listing of the order in which each of us get stuck ... I mean chosen to be in the Hot Seat. 1. Ina 2. ?
Just a suggestion @Ina I. Wonder you could start your list with the people who have already shown interest in the hot seat..and as @Shirley Martin can't do a weekend... For example... Hot seat list starting Friday 11th October 2 days of questions and answers @Ina I. Wonder @Chrissy Page @Shirley Martin @Ruby Begonia @Terry Page @Kate Ellery @Bonnie Thomas Just an Idea for you ..please feel free to swap the names around in the order everyone wishes to take part...
@Holly Saunders , this is a great start. Now each of those listed can say yea or nay, and if the order of the listing is alright. How does Monday the 14th. sound? That way those busy through the weekend won't be left out, and the scheduled que can be arranged to accommodate those that still work. Those of us with more flexible schedules, can take the time slots that others can not. I checked and England is four hours ahead of our Eastern Time, six head of Centeral, and eight ahead of our West coast. It works for me when I think about it. I'll wake up and have some questions to answer, and begin my day. But how do we accommodate our friends like @Corie Henson , @Krissttina Isobe , and we can't forget our Aussie friends? Hey those of you over in OZ how can we help you ? It's going to take until Monday just to work this out.
This is being discussed on this thread Ina http://www.seniorsonly.club/threads/invitation-to-be-in-the-hot-seat.3071/ @Ina I. Wonder
I think Monday is a good day to start @Ina I. Wonder , and Corie and krissttina if they wish to take part will have 2 full days to answer their questions. All questions needn't be answered immediately after they're asked..but all questions to one member must be replied to within 2 days before the announcement is made to move onto the next person in the hot Seat Queue.. There can be several questions from members one after the other and the person in the hot seat when they're available to reply during their 2 days can come and reply to all the questions at the same time either individually to each member or by ''quoting'' all questions in one reply...
Yes, Monday sounds good to me....time to figure it out perfectly and make sure everyone sees it. We should move discussing this out to the main forum and only come to games when we are ready to play. @Terry Page , I liked your hot seat image.
That's the first things I'm asking you. Do you think I'm going to ask an easy question like. "Do you like to play games online".
