First of all, I don't know the answers to the question, that's why I am here, even after trying to find what the Constitution says about a Vice President's power. I ran into posts about Mike Pence being a traitor for not over-turning the election results, and pages of websites claiming he was falsely accused, including his own speech on a video denying it. So, help me out here in determining is Pence did have the power, or didn't have the power to overturn the election? This site tells me that the VP can only vote to break a tie, if I read that right. I never know these days about my reading, or typing Also, any other proof to help me know whether Pence is a turn-coat, or not. So far, I've gone along with those claiming he's bad news, but I can't be honest in telling you why, just hear-say stuff.
Everyone with a heartbeat knows that ballot boxes were stuffed in all the swing states, and the tally did not change for biden until after 10 pm then all of a sudden it was a whopping shift with NO votes for Trump which had already out voted him by the time the polls had closed. All the cheating or law breaking occurred in the swing states and most likely on a smaller scale in the other states also. There is no way biden could have won this election, just look at the man. Everyone knows he's a liar and thief, decades before Trump decided to run for President. biden was a do nothing racist who was buddies with the worst in our congress and senate. It was a mass fraud of epic scale. I think the only persons who might have had a chance to question the election was the Supreme Court, they had no problem over seeing the Bush Jr fiasco, also an attempted stealing by the communist liberal party. I do not believe Pence would have any legitimate or legal role in over turning an election. It has to be the people from now on who stand by any ballot box and film or photo every last person and write down license plates to try and bring those maggots to justice who are stuffing. A hangman's rope would put a nice end to a long practice by the democrats. If anything biden is now out in front of the camera's and a picture is worth a thousand words, which of course you won't be getting that many words from a brain dead zombie who is reading from a written script written by leftist. I laugh every time he starts reading, he never looks up just keeps on rambling. Must be the zombie effect !
Yes, believe it or not, I was watching, at least as best as I could since I was on a 5 hour layover in Oakland CA, arggg!! I also followed all the evidence, but I can't be ok with any lies, even if it's from our side, that's why I'm asking. I don't know what else Pence might be guilty of at this point, but I really had my doubts as to whether or not he could have saved our butts regarding the election fraud, and I do call it like I see it, a fraudulent vote. Maybe the biggest in history, I don't know but it seemed pretty big numbers to me!
Not only big numbers in the boxes, but just look at all his empty campaigning, no one was showing up at any of his few rallies. He is an embarrassment to himself, folding his hands like a child and crying over killing 13 service members. He is the worst President in 250 years, now the Peanut Farmer can die with a smile on his face. He won't last another 3 years unless they're injecting him with embalming fluid. To be honest I try and watch all the clips with him climbing those tall stairs boarding and getting off AF-1. One thing I notice is that usually his wife is pretty near him going down so she can grab him when he starts to fall. It would be a really big hoot to see him and hillary both trying to navigate those stairs together. As the say in show business "break a leg Joe". He is fragile as an empty egg shell. ;0) maybe those peanuts Jimmy eats helps keep him upright, 98 the longest surviving President and longest retired President.... could also be that he is drinking that left over Billy Beer stacked in his garage.
I pray it all comes to light while I'm still around to see it. I know what I saw in those videos, that wasn't fake, and neither was the people's affidavits, and when I watched them talk on what they saw go down, during the voting, and "after" the voting was supposed to be done. I still say, even though Joe's always been a puke, that it's "elder abuse". Those behind him (beside him), and yes, maybe pumping drugs into him, should be charged with it, as well as their other crimes against America. I never thought I'd see the day we were in this bad of shape in America, but it's arrived, all hell is breaking loose and are kids are the ones that will suffer the worst
All Joking aside it was not a legal election by any stretch. I think in the future we will have to have people on the ground watching as I said, because they are desperate now after him and will be tempted to be even more emboldened by this last steal. If they keep it up it can only lead to fighting but it won't be the common voters either party. It will be those people doing the actual crime on the receiving end. Just because a person is a democrat no matter who they vote for does not mean they are not lawful citizens. I think all of us know who the real guilty people are, we see them every day smiling before a camera and talking from the sides of their mouth in the halls of congress. The senate is not as bad but there are some bad actors there as well. There is one male in particular that I can't remember his name, he was a known liar a long time ago stating he was a Vietnam veteran and he never even served. Nothing was done about his lying and it was passed into law before he lied that it was a felony for someone to do so. It appears to me we have too many lawless elected officials and it would be lawful to forcibly remove them when there was real proof of their lawlessness. I would love to see a mandatory audit of all their wealth before and after serving as an elected government official or leader. No marrying a brother, nor cursing the President on International TV, there is no such thing as just national TV. Better still no foreigners allowed to hold an office in our federal government period !!!
i was listening to an interview tonight of Juan O’Savin (on David “Nino” Rodriguez show), and he pointed out something that I hadn’t really given a lot of thought to before. When we think about the stolen election, the first thing that comes to mind is usually “Trump Won !”, or something similar. While that part is of course true, there were also some congressional races that were wrongly won or lost in the fraudulent election. Juan explained that we have senators and congressmen serving that really were not elected, and once that is proven, we will have the rightful winners in office instead. This also means that the things that congress has voted on this past year will have to be re-voted, since fake congressmen were voting. When that happens, we should have a lot more conservatives in office, and some of the bills that were passed will be voted on differently the next time. He explained that some of the votes in the senate have been 50-50, and the tie had to be broken by our Vice President, Kamala Harris. Imagine, if we have more conservative people voting in the senate, then a lot of the things that this administration has done can be changed and mistakes rectified.
The 2020 "Election" turned into the Ultimate Home invasion/Car jacking Crime. The Forces at work in our Country and World are Spiritual, rather than Political, and the Battle is also a Spiritual one. Godly people are praying, and ungodly people are turning their "blind eyes", unnecessarily. We must remember that our Creator God is in control, and will make a Way where "there is no way"!
I am going to say that I agree and I disagree with what you are saying, @Joe Riley . This IS a spiritual battle against good and evil, and God IS in control and will make the Way for this country, and for his whole world to fight evil. However, I do not think that it is a case of only the praying people who are supporting this battle. There are a lot of supposedly godly people who support Biden, vaccine masks and mandates, and government control, and they are preaching that in their churches. There are also wonderful patriots who love this country, but are not what we call “praying Christians”, and they are also doing their part to help save this country. Just because they have not made the commitment to God does not mean that they are the ungodly. The ungodly are people who actively support the evilness happening now, and not just that they have a blind eye to what is happening. And we have a lot of people whose eyes have been blinded to the truth through misinformation, and they do not understand what is actually happening at all, some are Christians and some are not.

I understand what you are saying @Yvonne, but we live in a Nation of unbelievers, and America has become a driver-less car! God's Plan is in motion, and cannot be misdirected or stopped. Most Americans are not praying, and are instead looking to corrupt and sinful political leaders to save them. This is a World wide spiritual battle, and America is sadly fallen short, in our Godly and Christian example. God really does have the whole World in His hands!
