Discussions of whether he is still in Ukraine are in the mainstream news. The consensus, of the mainstream news, is that he is still there, but the question is mainstream, and his ban of opposition parties is, as far as I can tell, accepted as fact. If he fled Ukraine, I wouldn't consider that to be a conspiracy unless there is a conspiracy to hide this. World leaders often flee countries that are under attack.
I believe that Vlad has changed his stripes, just as Trump did. Perhaps the only real "collusion" that took place between Trump and Putin was that Trump opened Vlad's eyes to what was happening in the world. If you remember, Trump was a Democrat for most of his adult life and was a big supporter of Bill Clinton. It appears Clinton's shenanigans behind the scenes and his workings with China open The Donald's eyes to the problems. The Elite have attacked Putin in a more severe way than they have attacked any other leader, even colluding with the mullahs in Iran and the dictator in Venezuela to do it, just as they attacked Trump during his presidency and before and after. The president of Ukraine, however, has been close buddies with the Biden family and has become a saint to the Elite and the propaganda machine.

There is a story (and yes, @Beth Gallagher , this one does belong in the conspiracy section, but not going to start a whole thread for it) , and the story is that the original Putin was replaced a few years ago. He just vanished, and a look-alike replacement took over. According to the story, his wife said that he was not her same husband, and so they got a divorce, although the regular news had some other reason for the divorce. It would not be the first time someone has been replaced by a look-alike, and some of the earlier pictures look like they could be a different person, although the resemblance is very good. So , it is possible that Putin has changed, or possible that he has been changed; but in either case, he seems to care about the Russian people and loves his country, and wants to be a good leader for the most part.
Of concern is that Russia went along with the Covid foolishness - shots, masks, distancing, etc. This may have been out of Putin's control. They have their own oligarchy who weigh in on Russia's policies. Re Zellinski: can a Jew be a fascist or even a nazi? Certainly. Mussolini removed Jews from his party at Adolf's urging.
I read about the Jewish issue, and I do not remember the whole exact story, but will look for it again. The gist is that many, many years ago, the Kzarians (spelling ?) moved into Ukraine when it was part of Russia. They did not have any religion, and the Russian Czar told them that they had to choose one of the common religions, Christian. Muslim, or Jewish. They chose Jewish, although they are not actual Jew from a proper ancestry; but are in name only. If you look on some of the pictures of the Ukrainian soldiers, or even Zelensky on his shirt, you can see that they have a Nazi iron cross symbol on some things.
My recall is faulty but the topic of Khazaria is fascinating. One bit of trivia I recall is that the first Russian Tzar was crowned in Kiev (Kyiv). I don't recall very well the interplay between Khazaria's ruler and the Tsar but I think Khazaria's King Bulan chose Judaism because its adherents tended to show loyalty to their temporal rulers.
Ukrainians fought on, or collaborated with, all sides during World War II, largely because they didn't have control over their own destiny. The Iron Cross, of course, long pre-dated the Nazis.
Ukrainians, or many of them, actually switched sides after they were occupied by the German army and surrendered many of the Jews they had been fighting alongside of to the camps. History is awful. All those signs are some version of a sun sign, I gather, except for the swastika which was a perversion of the Christian Cross.
I read that some of his critics in the West have commented that he didn't look quite the same and thought that he was either 1) ill, or 2) had plastic surgery. Interesting that you bring up this "conspiracy theory".
