From what you posted, and a lot of other published info about him, he's a very very bad man. Apparently under direction from a bad enemy of the united states, he offered thousands of citizens daily supplies, food, water, clothes, maybe shelter, to get them to walk hundreds of miles to the southern border and become refugees, bringing a lot of crime, dissension, and expense to the american tax payers using deceptive means as if the refugees "came on their own choice" , which they did not do. The things he promotes with a lot of money have only led to more seriouis problems for huge numbers of people, as did likewise the so-called philanthopists Rockyfella and Caragean almost a century ago. History? What should be in history? Well, history has been re-written by the victors, by the rich, powerful and wealthy, to cover their sins.
There is a reason Soros is deemed a criminal in other countries and there are certain factions that welcome him here. It helps to understand what hedge fund billionaires thrive in/on. There is also a related reason why Soros funds the campaigns of woke liberal DAs. A little knowledge of Cloward-Piven strategy helps understand it all.
