This is on the low end. 7 oz. macaroni (1 1/2 cups), cooked & drained 1# Hillshire Farms Kielbasa, cut into 1/4”-1/2” slices, fried & drained (then maybe dice to fully distribute) 1# can (2 cups) kidney beans, drained & rinsed 1 medium red onion (or less), minced 1 green pepper, chopped 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped 3 TB chopped parsley Dressing 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 TB red wine vinegar Add more of the following to taste, this dressing is somewhat bland. 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp oregano 1 TB Dijon mustard Mix salad ingredients.
