Well since some say I 'talk' t9oo much I'll talk when I'm here, sometimes I take breaks to work outside and visit other forums but I always come back.
Tony!!! I hope you are doing OK. Check in and let us know what's new. I was hoping to hear some news about your wife and I hope she's doing well. Take care.
Hi Beth, and all my friends So good to hear from you, I hope that you and all the other nice folks on SOC are doing well. Wife is finished with her chemo, and surgery. She will start her radiation treatment in 2 weeks for 25 straight days, she has already started her immunotherapy which will end around November. Her Oncologist, Surgeon, and Radiologist are tickled with the results so far they have not found a trace of the Cancer. We believe this was their first patient they treated that had a colostomy, plus she has allergies to just about every antibiotic on the market, that's why the first treatment they gave her half a dose to see her reaction. The Doctors were really happy how great things are going so far. I guess they expected problems because of her preconditions. I'm happy to be back on SOC. I miss reading the posts, and chatting, but I especially miss my friends, you're the best. Hopefully I can devote enough time so I can contribute. I'll have to spend some time to catch up on whats been going on. I've been having some physical problems myself I've been falling, last Sunday I decided to mow the lawn in the front yard I hit a curb and fell into the mower a passing motorist stopped and help me get up. I didn't hear the end of it from my wife and daughter, my son-in-law has been mowing the lawn so I really didn't have to. A few hours ago after dinner I fell into the center Island in the kitchen, I got pains in places now were I didn't even know I had places. Anything new happening at SOC? Well I'm going to go for now and rest my pains. See you later alligator, (???) TONY
Hey there and welcome back!! We have missed you around here. I'm so glad to hear that your wife's treatment has gone well; that's wonderful to hear. Sorry you're having balance problems; you need to take it easy and let the son-in-law mow that lawn! One big thing has happened on SoC... in March we lost Bill Boggs; he passed away and is sorely missed. Take care. So glad to hear from you, Tony. Happy Mother's Day to Mrs. Tony.
Beth, I have a lot of alerts to review so that's what I'm going to be doing on Mother's Day. I'm really sorry to hear about Bill Boggs, it's sad sad news. I haven't been away that long but I feel a little rusty using this chat room. Have a wonderful Mother's Day.
Well hello there [ that greeting just reminded me of an old song, [ don't look @Beth Gallagher ],glad to see your back and hope the wife is doing good too. Can you guess the song from those 3 lyrics?
Glad the wife is doing better but sorry about the falls you been having, I can sometimes fall down just standing still it seems. I've been trying to work more now on my balance, and be more careful.
