Ooh that's a pretty curtain, @Ruby Begonia, along with the rest of the accessories, very nice. You're welcome...the process on the link I posted still sounds like work, but probably worth it if you can't stand the paint, and definitely easier than a demo. @Babs Hunt Hope you're feeling better now. The pollen is all over the place here, and it never fails that i end up with an infection. Severe weather doesn't help re: migraines, either, but today's a little better . I had technical issues all day yesterday, but at least I got a few things straightened out. So much for resting up .
I am thank you and hope you are too. I have allergy and sinus problems too and each year I have been back in Louisiana these problems have increased. Now that I am on Medicare and have a plan that is supposed to cover allergy testing and shots, I am going to try them again because nothing over the counter is helping anymore and I am really tired of not being able to go outside and play! @Diane Lane
This morning I bought something my husband and I have been looking for in stores near our home for several weeks. A toilet cleaner wand that comes with a holder ( It says caddy on the box, but I'm calling it a holder.) and then you buy throw away "toilet wand refills". It's made by Clorox so I don't know why I had to come clear to southern California to find a store that carries it. So far my husband hasn't asked me why I'll use a throw away toilet bowl cleaner but I refuse to use disposable mops (Swiffers).
I bought myself two new nightshirts this week ... from, of all places, the Disney store! The material/quality is the best feel on warm nights. Just love 'em.
Would never have thought of shopping at the Disney store for myself. Just realized I do have a sweatshirt jacket and a tee from the store in Disneyland and a necklace so it's not so odd.
I really don't care if I have disney characters on my nightshirts, because the quality is so good. No one is around to laugh at me!
Last weekend I bought some new black skinny jeans in the next size up than I usually take...because since being on the Steroids I've put on a lot of weight...I also bought a new North Face rain jacket.. this one... http://www.thenorthface.co.uk/tnf-uk-en/women-s-pursuit-jacket/p120493.html also a Phase eight tunic top..... this one... http://www.phase-eight.com/fcp/product/phase-eight/tops/padua-floral-blouse/501353241
Ohh..I love both those. The blouse has such a pretty pattern..kind of like watercolor...cool jacket too!
North face is popular here, everybody in my family has one or more...except me. Bummer about the steroids, Holly but yep, that's one of the nasty side effects of them. But health is more important than looks. I gained 30 lbs after I quit smoking and that was probably one reason I took so long to quit...knowing id gain.
Agree Chrissy..my close friend has been on low dose steroids for years (Lupus) but she's doing okay. I took them four days once when I was seriously ill..nothing was working for a respitory issue and wow..they knocked it out. I was soooo thankful.
I've never had to take them but know that's a big issue with them, I'm sure dosage and how long you take them also affects side effects.
