YES, but... Bush and his Patriot Act must have been written by the same people. We are not a free nation any longer and they keep pushing the silliness. Our courts are so overwhelmed many of these decrees would be tossed immediately if they just had the time. I would say the forefathers were pretty smart giving us the 2nd amendment. The new tyrants have no special year to be born and will never go away until they're all expired.
