Terry, if you could do it all over, would you have stayed married? She was a lovely woman and I know you loved her.

Yes I would it was a mistake,..a regret......... I fell for lust which is always empty, but I learnt too late. We never actually emotionally split and I was with her the day she died.

 

Yes usually Shirley though I did have a couple of angry husbands pursue me

Terry, you are so honest and self aware. You say you regret not having been the best father you could have been to your daughters a long time ago....do they know that or agree?

 

Yes Ruby I have admitted to them my failings and they completely disagree with me, seeing it very differently, saying I was a better father than their mother was a mother, but I still feel I could have done a lot more, and of course I see Pat their mother as being excellent.
