Will Trump Run In 2024?

The Pot is being stirred even further.
Kevin McCarthy is getting ready to assume the position of Speaker of the House (majority) should the Republicans win the House and has issued his own warning to the AG.

“I’ve seen enough,” McCarthy said in a statement. “The Department of Justice has reached an intolerable state of weaponized politicization. When Republicans take back the House, we will conduct immediate oversight of this department, follow the facts, and leave no stone unturned.”

“Attorney General Garland, preserve your documents and clear your calendar,” McCarthy said, implying his intent to bring Garland before Congress should Republicans regain the majority.

Bobby, as I have said before, you are remarkably predictable- almost as predictable as that vile thing D. tRump. What you see in yourself you project onto others. And if you don't mind, please leave my nether regions out of the conversation. That topic might make you "tingly" but it doesn't do a thing for me.
And as far as your- or anyone else's- reactions to me, I am totally indifferent. I do not care.

Well said Lois!! What I think is that too many people are just turning a blind eye, enjoying life, and whatever comforts to be had. I admit some days I just can't look because I get so wound up I make myself sick. But it's never far from my mind what is happening to my country. Maybe some of us have just had it too good, and for me, I was happier, and better off when I didn't have it so good. Struggling made me stronger, now I'm just turning into an isolationist.

 

I'll believe it when I see it. Although I do tend to believe in Kevin McCarthy to a point. He hasn't rubbed me the wrong way I mean. I try not to be pessimistic but this is bad, and it's upsetting me worse to see how many people I know that won't speak up, probably not even voting. Actions speak louder than words, how true that statement is imo.

 

The so-called biden administration, and all it's ugly trolls, is and will, keep getting away with all these "unprecedented" actions. Unprecedented?? What the hell, it hasn't been done before? It's been done since the beginning of our world and obviously, we haven't learned much from our past.

 

Damn…..and I thought I’d try to bring things back to being on topic and here you go again, trying to get this entire segment deleted just as you did yesterday in another segment. And yes, it’s highly apparent that you do not care which brings me to wonder why do you even bother writing on a forum of this kind unless it is to antagonize people.

Perhaps, because of your inadequacies regarding your inability to read correctly, maybe I should remind you that the present subject matter has to do with our Justice department’s obvious political leanings in regard to the FBI raid and it’s relationship to Trump’s possible run in 2024.

Now, in answer to @Denise Happyfeet, I too hope that Kevin or whomever the high muckity muck might be has the ability to seek some justification as to how the AG can single out Trump over every other well known and provable bad actor and action in and around Congress.

As I wrote before, the difference just might be cause for far more than some civil unrest. If the Federal justice system and the FBI isn’t squared away with the scales balanced quickly, the dynamics of what we call freedom are going to change immensely.

 

I'd rather see Jim Jordan as Speaker any day.

 

I do like Jim Jordan, he truly is a fighter. I love hearing him put Nadler in his place as well as the rest I've seen him have to deal with. Jim doesn't back down!!

I too like Jim Jordan but would he take such a position? He doesn’t mind getting into the mix and is certainly out for the truth so yeah, if he takes the position I have no doubt that he’d chase down the culprits who started the whole debacle.

 

Bobby- with all due respect to you, you could not teach me anything. And I never called YOU a vile thing. IF you had read what I wrote, you would have seen I used that perfectly accurate description on the former occupant- not you. My, you are the sensitive little thing aren't you. And as far as me being as ass- I'd say YOU are the better example of that.
