I didn’t move anything. I could see the photos at first, like the one of the Great Pyrenees puppy, and then when i looked again, they just show the img thing instead of the photo. The one with the horse and donkey seemed to be okay still. I am as confused as anyone else why this is happening.
This is really weird I can see all these pictures and click on 'copy image', then paste, and I can see them all again.
Thanks, Ken, and I will read all this thread to see what is wrong or why they disappear. What's really weird is they are still up on Marie's but not mine. She just copied one and brought it down, to see if I could see it and I can't.
It's weird that Marie still sees all of them, she showed me the puppy then the horse, the donkey, the van and truck, and Becky. She copied the puppy and brought it down in a new post, but I still only see IMG on mine.
Beth, I have a Chromebook, and I first tried loading through the image icon above, didn't work so I then copied from my library on this Chromebook and pasted it in the thread post and it worked, but as you can see not too long though. As I told Ken and Yvonne it's weird Marie still able to see all the photos on hers and I can't see them on mine. I have loaded photos off this for a long time but never had this problem before.
I was hoping I could duplicate what you're doing, Jake... but I don't have a chromebook. I did find that if I copy a photo from my email that I get the same result as you, though...
Try this, Jake. Open the post where you want the photo, then click on the "Upload a file" box on the bottom of this frame. Click the "Browse" button when it pops up and find a pic on your chromebook and select it. You should see the file appear down below this box with the options of "Thumbnail" or "Full Image." Click on one of those and see if the pic shows up.
I'm thinking this is something to do with where the photo is stored. I know that chromebooks don't have much storage so where are those pictures stored? Your photo of the tomato in your hand has a long url starting with https://lh3.googleusercontent.com...
