If so, how do you cope? I feel the urge to flee. I told hubby a few times to get me out of here. Just last few weeks we will go sit at store to to see other humans. Hubby is a loner, not me I'm a people person. I like the rural life but also I like the city. Most cities now are not places to be but small towns at least have people. It's not Atlanta back in the 50s,60's early 70s but it will do in a pinch or should I say 'panic'.
Question is, how on earth did you wind up marrying a loner if you are a people person? Neither wife nor I are loners, but her 71 year old brother is. How do you cope? Well, that would be a very good question, being what he is and what you are.
Well he weasn't always a loner, besides I wouldn't want to live without him. I will see what happens in next few months. I keep my van full in case we need a trip.
A little more of how we got here. Thge son met a Texan,so after the Navy he has been a Texan, one daughter was going to move ot Arizona the other north Georgia. We both loved the water, decided to go back to the state of rivers and salt water. Daughters never moved. We wanted an organic farm and a place to raise guard donkeys. This was perfect for both. Had to give the equine away after hubby broke his back. I wanted to make sure they were treated well so I gave them away with the option of us visiting them. Both had good homes.
