I have a lot of body pain and can get lower back and right foot heel burning pain, Last night in the middle of the night I felt like I was awakened with burning pain in both these areas. Could t his be from a dream or did I really feel the pain and burn? It was strange and then I finally went back to a decent sleep and pain was gone. Was all this pain in a dream? Any thoughts? None of this pain today.
Could be either. I have to wake myself up to move/roll over and have pain when I do. I don't dream of pain, thank goodness. It's annoying enough when I am awake.
Joy we never know for sure, do we? I awoke with a headache and thought 'oh no' but fell back asleep and woke up ok. I'm just grateful for a few hours of solid sleep.
I had no pain issues last night, and I do take a small dose of otc pain stuff at 11:30 ish and then again at 5:30am, I take a few low dose things every 6 hrs. I don't know perhaps was pain coming from a dream...Dreams can be powerful. I've had a couple dreams where I heard a doorbell ring, and it was not my door.
Sorry Joy, sometimes life stinks I've had a bad week but doing better last couple days. Good thing we have each other to chat with here even if its just online.
I have been looking into a therapy that I think might help me (and maybe you) and I have found a therapist that I want to work with. Myo fascial release. Therapists are not all the same level of competency and they are kind of rare around here. This is the second one I've worked with and I think she is the ONE! It is a process though and it is not covered by insurance. I would hope first, someday, you could find a great ortho surgeon who could fix the screw up you suffered.
Mary, putting another knife or tool to my body is the last thing I want to do. I've read how some do more and more surgeries t hinking they will fix what was b roken in their bodies, and all I can envision is more and more arthritis and nerve damage done to the body. If I had the money and could get out without a huge challenge, I'd to visit with Dr. Marc Darrow and talk about PRP work to my body. He sees 1000's at his West LA office.
