I understand that is a pretty big "if" but I am curious if that is possible (legally) and if not, what exactly would it take, I mean besides nuking them Also, is there a way to impeach Biden without putting Harris into his "already" vacant seat as Commander in Chief ? If conservatives do well in this upcoming election (assuming that it happens), and we take the house and Senate, then new speakers would be chosen, and they would most likely be Republicans. Pelosi is up for re-election , so if she loses in November, then she won’t even be in Congress, let alone be the Speaker of the House.
If we Impeach Harris first, then a new Vp is chosen...then impeach Biden and convict in Senate...Problem solved.
God will sort it all out, no one escapes mass criminality and theft. Those people have caused more harm and cost to the USA than any war we've ever participated in.
Harris position in the senate can be negated should the conservatives take a large enough portion of seats in the Senate. With that, if the Conservatives take the House and the Senate, any Executive order made by the President can be challenged and / or overridden or even made ineffective by tightening the purse strings should the President’s decrees have a financial burden attached. In short, IF a Conservative Congress is more effective than the majority they had with Obama, Biden and Harris can be made into simple figureheads with no power to do anything but talk or whatever it is called that they do. Technically, Congress can override every Executive Order that has been produced in the last 2 years but if they’re like the money seeking bobble heads that served during the Obama administration, then….what we see is what we get.
How about malfeasance and theft of Federal Tax money to illegally harbor and help illegals come across our borders solely for the purpose to groom future socialist voters. None of those people are above our laws, especially our constitutional laws which have all been broken by not upholding their oaths of office. I look forward to watching a total defeat on election night. A large migration will begin shortly there after of criminals getting out of dodge before charges start falling. The Republicans can start by finding out who is issuing the orders to that half wit. When they find them charge them with high treason. JUST FOLLOW OUR LAWS AND THEY NEED NO MORE !
Unfortunately, although treason and traitorous acts might be the end result of being stupid, there’s no law on the books as of yet that forbids those in office from being stupid. And, as @Ken Anderson has pointed out, it would seem that the present woke left wing Dems depend on stupid. It’s kinda like a brand new belief system.
The news on Twitter reported that someone had broken into the Pelosi home early this morning and brutally attacked Paul Pelosi and he is now in the hospital. They did not give a reason for the attack, and the news article that I read said they are investigating, and they did arrest the attacker, but there was no information about that person. It seems unlikely to me that just a plain “garden variety” thief coupled manage to get past the Pelosi security, and I am wondering if there is not more to the attack then just a bungled burglary. A thief would have more likely ran off than stayed there and attacked someone, it seems like. Their son is involved with the Ukraine money-laundering deal, and I wonder if this attack is some kind of a warning to Nancy Pelosi about this. Maybe Ukraine wants more money.
