I have had many cases of buyers remorse. Presently I am wondering why I bought a new chick going into winter at the bird swap yesterday? I never buy one chicken. They get picked on so I have to have a strategy to even introduce it later.
There were none of the breed I actually wanted.

I have several petty ones- however I have started taking things back more for refunds. The most recent one involved food at a cafe we ate at in Kansas. The only reason i let the place slid is we are moving into this small area ,is people there would take way too personal. However did not leave good review on Yelp. Short version. Three times to eat there, food tastless, expensive and service was tobe desired. Plus if i order a large cinnoamon roll , that turns out to be hockey puck, and you charge me $7.50 for two coffee's - I am not happy !

I nought a cheap smoker I knew I was wasting my money on (then I threw more money and time at it making ineffective modifications) when once again I should have bought "quality" in the first place.

A ceramic fry pan. I like to keep a fry pan specifically for fried eggs and have gone through a dozen different teflon pans, some expensive, some cheap. They work good at first and then the eggs start to stick. So I thought I'd go in a totally different direction and try ceramic. Again, worked good the first few times and got progressively worse until this last time when I actually had to pry the egg off the pan.

So, back to teflon. Guess I'll just buy the cheap ones and not feel guilty when I just toss them in the trash.

Yeah, we have a few pans that were touted as being non-stick that stick like they’re openly trying to keep the food from leaving the pan.

I still maintain that the best skillets to use are well seasoned cast iron. Ya know, the kind of seasoned greasy skillet that has never been exposed to dish soap.

Despite all the good reviews, the Bowflex Max Trainer turned out to be a POS exercise machine that broke after very little use. I know what's wrong with it but have been unable to get to the innards to to at least make it work on one setting. It's going to the junkyard. As for stepping exercises, we both go up and down stairs constantly (i.e., at least a dozen times) throughout the day. so it's no big loss.

I love my cast iron but I also have a set of copper bottom, stainless steel pans. Not exactly no stick but if I scrape out all the scrambled eggs, no harm done and not teflon chemicals in them either. Soak, scrub with plastic scrubbie, then a quick swirl with a brillo pad. I have even soaked them for quite a while and put them in the dishwasher.

I've thought about buying a dash cam just because I see them advertised all the time. I never thought of them having the same "I better behave myself" effect on others that a fake security camera does. Maybe I'll buy a cheap one and not even wire it in...it might have benefits, while avoiding the potential downside of documenting my own imperfect vehicular behaviour.

@Bobby Cole, I think I mentioned in another thread that I'd like to try cast iron (pan envy? :D) but it's a wrist breaker for me. :(

My wife has the same problem.
I have my pans, dishes and skillets and she has hers. Mine are all heavy and hers are pretty much light weight.
