Yes, Dr. Hanson always has a lot of facts to back up his discussions. Never any fake news from him. Staunch Trump supporter at one time but it sounds like he likes Ron DeSantis going forward.
June 14 Trump will be 76,he was the oldest person to become president in 2016. I think its best he semi retires and just help 'unite 'the GOP. And leave some time to enjoy his senior years.
Nowt to do with me but was pleased that AOC was reelected. Well, we need something to laugh at these days
Combat ready Marines? I don't vote looks like I never will again, since I no longer know who or what I'm voting for. America ' to quote a song' has become Ball Of Confusion'. I don't care what people do in private but pushing agendas is not for me. April 23, 2015, https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=8bce...2gtaGVlbHMtZHJhdy1vbmxpbmUtb3V0YnVyc3Qv&ntb=1
Well, that's not quite fair to say about the Marines. From the article you linked, those are college Army CADETS... "On April 1, about 15 cadets from Temple University participated in a school-sponsored Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event, during which men stumble through a pre-set route while sporting high heels as a way to raise awareness for sexual assault victims. Several cadets walked while wearing Army Combat Uniforms, as did the school's professor of military science, Lt. Col. Greg Nardi, who runs Temple's Red Diamond Brigade." I believe that actual service members have a very strict uniform dress code (I have never been in the armed services so I don't know for certain.) I do know that my son-in-law was career Air Force, and when he married my daughter in full dress uniform on the beach, he would NOT remove his shoes for pictures since it was not allowed while wearing that uniform. As for voting, I will always vote no matter how frustrating it is.
This is not an insult to the military, only what those in control have done to it. My son was in the Navy in The Gulf, which delivered 1800 marines into Iraq, which 16 didn't come back, not a dry eye [ so to speak of course] on that ship according to him.so we both have much respect for them and troops, I would also bet I have visited more injured marines back from war than most civilians have. But Beth thanks for the debate since usually nobody debates here. Of course considering the times guess thats wise. And thank your son for his service for me.
I personally think that is what he is going to do (retire), even though he is teasing people that he might run again. He is already 76, so would be almost 79 in two more years, and into his 80’s if elected president again. I think that he is going to continue to try and help America because Trump is a true patriot who dearly loves this country; but I do not expect him to run for office again.
I agree. He can do more with others than being president. I also think he is patriotic but didn't like 2 bills he passed. I'm all for Israel but seems they are the only ones who the dems allowed to benefit from his presidency. Not to speak of the fact that most American Jews vote democrat. Why I like the separation of church and state. Strange bedfellows. https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=5c7b...WluLXUtcy1wcmVzaWRlbnRpYWwtZWxlY3Rpb25z&ntb=1
Any of you listen to this man, I have for years now. He has a interesting opinion of Trump and I somewhat agree with what I've heard so far in this interview. Skip to 12 minutes if it didn't start there,
Hey, we're still voting here in Georgia! It's raining! I remember when the weather across the country on election day was big news on TV. There was only one person ahead of me this time. But I wouldn't read too much into that, because only one race makes it go fast. I wouldn't read much into the record setting early voting days either, because the new laws funneled 3 weeks of early voting into only 1 week for this runoff. I was going to vote absentee, but the time was so short to risk it. I could go on about all the rule changes that have caused problems, but I won't.
It's a shame that the opposition in Alaska didn't talk to somebody in Maine...We were bamboozled into that system for Congressional election and it's now the way that Democraps get elected all the time.
It was sold here by the Murkowski backers in D.C. It was sold to the naïve to be a way to have more say in the elections. Sadly, it cannot be changed until next year if the legislature or another ballot initiative goes through. Unfortunately, we are stuck with the decisions made for another term.
With the exception of the heavily populated almost always blue areas like Atlanta, Walker took most of Georgia. IF he could have just taken Augusta, that alone would have put him over the top. Shame. Then again, IF the dog hadn’t stopped to take a whiz, he would have caught the rabbit.
Raphael Warnock is a good decent person. Hershel Walker is no saint, but even he is grown up enough to admit when he loses. He gave a very gracious concession speech. He wasn't reading it off a teleprompter. No doubt an athletic career teaches you how to behave when you win and when you lose. It's a shame that Walker was put in this position, for which he clearly wasn't ready. This is what many people will remember about him now. He will be thrown under the bus. Another casualty of the times.
