I've had mine for months and I can't say that it's done a thing for me.

From your previous posts, I have learned it makes a great storage table for you, so it has served a purpose. :D Clear it off and give it a few leaps and you might be surprised at the results. :)

Its too wet to walk ,so I'm lifting weights and dancing. I can now do 3 curls and 4 rep.s with 25lb.
I am walkinf around living room with 5lb weights. but radio woke me blaring this morning at 2 am so I just got up and waited for daybreak. Don't know why radio went off like that blaring Dems won, thank goodness I don't care anymore. Maybe a nap soon.

I have mentioned the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home videos several times; I find them easy to follow and I like that I don't have to keep up with any time or distance; simply follow along as best I can. A mile usually takes about 15-20 minutes including a warmup and cool down. I use DVDs that I've had for years but Leslie has a Youtube channel now with tons of different workouts for people with different athletic levels.

Here are a few of her 1-mile videos if anyone is interested... https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=leslie+sansone+1+mile She also has 2 and 3-mile workouts but a 1-mile works for me and I sometimes do two a day; one in the early afternoon and one at night.

I'm weird but I don't like videos where she has a room full of people doing the routine with her. I prefer the videos that are just her, so there's none of that repetitive "chatter" that you hear time after time if you follow the videos regularly.

Just a suggestion for anyone wanting to walk when it's too nasty or cold outside. :D

Here's one of the 1-mile videos...

That's the glider. The mini-trampoline is still in the box.

All this glider talk has me thinking about getting a new one. I have an old model that I believe was from Denise Austin or one of those "fitness" women brands. It doesn't have the handle bars so the arms don't get any benefit from it. I've had it a long time and the adjustment bands (which are similar to bungee cords) are beginning to be stretched out. Probably no place to find replacements after all this time.

I think you can buy all lengths and strengths of bungee cords on Amazon made for fitness.

I guess I do walk, just not at special times. I had to go across the pasture to set up the brush that has blown apart from heavy winds this fall. Took the larger 'trees' away from the pile because I did not have the leverage to set them up right. A few of the bushier items were like wrestling steers:eek:. I was sweating and breathless when done but it was too late to set it on fire.
This morning there is snow on the ground. If the wind stays light, when I go back, I will light her up.
And that involves hiking back out with boots on.
I almost broke my cheap can trying to use it as a hook. That would have made walking back a bit harder.
