Can you be more specific about what happened ? It won’t charge anymore ? What kind of tablet ? My friend had an iphone that was an older model, and she thought the battery was going bad. It was charging, but running down really fast. (She was using it almost constantly, so I think that she just did not realize how much she was running the battery down) Anyway, she took it to the Apple Store, and they replaced the battery for her. As far as I know, the other tablets would be the same way, and would have to be replaced by a professional who knows how ro take the tablet apart and replace the battery properly. If it is a new tablet, it might still have a warranty. If it is an older model, you might want to consider updating to a newer tablet. Also, if your tablet is backed up to the internet, you should not lose your content.
I'd think that the content would be stored either in the cloud or internally. I can run my Kindles or my MacBook dead and I don't lose anything.
Correct. And when my friend Joy had her battery replaced, she had everything stored in the cloud also; so it was all protected. I think that both Amazon and android would do the same thing, and google stores everything in the cloud for Chromebooks.
