Good way to start your day even if its only sitting down moving to the beat, [Some days that's about all I can do].
This is one of those good days and however long it last ,I ain't wasting a minute of it,hope I don't break something.,
Hello, @Von Jones , I was thinking about you when I started dancing, figured you'd like to join in being a soul sister I know you have to like to move when you hear the beat. Another one of those synchronicity moments, Von put up a song you like to dance to. Meantime,
Glad you can move like that, because there are those of us, on this forum, that definitely can't. Then again, for us, our "moves" come when we play our Wii Game. So, guess wife and I have got some "moves" of our own.
Cody just about all of us can move " something". " The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step". On the first forum I joined in 2002 when I first came online a man said he was in a wheelchair and couldn't dance. I told him about my dancing with a man in a wheelchair in a bar and how much fun he and I had that night, while my brother Jake looked on. I had the guy on the forum moving in a couple weeks and he was loving it, he couldn't thank me enough. What type of music makes you want to shake a leg?
We have video and cd music of Jackie Wilson and my wife loves him. She will get out of her recliner and dance to his song, Lonely Teardrops, but after a minute or so, she has to sit back down. Whenever we hear Earth, Wind & Fire's song September, in a movie, we will give our legs some exercise in our recliners. But, our "going out dancing" days are definitely over. Simply can't keep up with the young folks on the dance floor! But, we bought our Wii Game some years ago, and do get some exercise bowling, golfing, whatever, when we play it.
Come on, Marie, at one time I was a rodeo cowboy, definitely not an Urban one! I didn't ride fake bulls in a nightclub.
I like Jackie Wilson songs too, good that yall get out, but for me and those stuck at home my exercise is music or trail walks and work.
