I'd love to be outraged, but those parents suck. The doctors have determined that the baby will die without the heart surgery so why would they hesitate. Idiots. The parents are not hesitating. They had their own donors lined up. They feel it is their duty to their baby's long-term health to use that blood. It's the government that is delaying things and holding the child's health hostage. There is no compelling interest, other than control.
