No. The shape of the Earth is not exactly round or circle; it is, in fact, spherical or spheroid. Earth has a little bulging around the equator, owing to its rotation and slightly flattening around the poles, making its shape more like an oblate spheroid and not perfectly round or circle.
Arizona State University covers that topic here, complete with tests that we can run on the subject. Or if you'd prefer a tongue-in-cheek argument for why the earth is flat, Metro News can help. For example, consider this:
Speaking of which, notice that for thousands of years everyone knew the earth was standing still, motionless, and the other objects in 'space' were moving. Einstein recently proved, along with ten of the world's top mathematicians, that this is not only possible, but is all a matter of perspective mathematically speaking. It is a recent phenomena that man's so-called 'science' built up a system that assumes the earth is moving.
The Flat earther claim that satellites either do not exist or being held up by balloons. I never had a balloon stay in place when floating in the air. I setup satellite TV and we had to anchor the dish and adjust it very accurately. I used GPS to sail and it was accurate to a point. I live in the countryside and using Google earth I can see water tank that are hard to see unless you were above like a satellite.
Another proof the earth is round. If you watch a ship at sea, you will notice that the 1st thing that moves out of sight is the hull. That can only happen if the earth is round. In the navies of the world, this is referred to as "hull down". That tell sailors how far away a ship is. If the earth was flat, all portions of the ship would stay within sight until it finally became too small to see.
I have just read that geologists have now discovered that the Earth changes size over geologic time, and gravity changes as if the Earth is "breathing", but nobody knows why.
