Does anyone know of any way i can fix it ?
    Thank you

Can you sign into your account still, @Richard Whiting ? What kind of laptop do you have , as far as the operating system (windows, apple, chromebook) ?

Gmail is web-based so the only relationship between being able to access your account and the device you're using would be that your device might save your password for you. There are things that I can't access on my Windows machine because it's not synced with my Apple devices and I don't know the passwords.

If you look in your apple keychain, it should have all of your passwords saved , and all you have to do is look them up. Then, you should be able to input the password into the windows laptop, and save it there.
This is what I do with my Chromebook, and it works fine.

I also write down all of my passwords in my notes app, so I can look them up that way if necessary, but pretty much, every password is stored on my keychain.
I have my apple devices set up to share in my icloud account. If you do not have the icloud sharing turned on, then the password is only saved in whatever device you save it on and not in the keychain sharing.

Thanks. I do know that but, since I don't consciously know my passwords, in that they are not in my memory, I only do that for the things that I anticipate a need for. Since I rarely use my Windows machine, there are places that I can't get to from there.

    @Richard Whiting

When you say you "stopped receiving emails" on that account, do you mean that there's been nothing at all coming to your Inbox?
What was the date of your most recent received email?
Do you have another account you can use to send something to your GMail account to test it?

I just read that having the GMail account hacked into and then an Email Filter being created by the hacker is somewhat of a common problem. Here is a video on it.

Another video for the GMail app on a phone said to click on All Mail (in the folders list) and see if your new messaged are there. At least you can access them, but the guy did not offer a fix to get the New stuff into the Inbox.

I was closing out the search tab for this topic and found a list of specific steps to take on Support.Google.com

Nothing coming into my Gmail in box at all.
Most recent email was about 2 weeks ago.
I tested the system. Using another email account, I sent myself a NEW message to gmail. It never arrived.
However, as per your suggestion I looked into ALL MAIL and I found newer emails .most recent was DEC 21st.
Whether there are other missing emails, I can't be sure.

This is from that checklist support site:

Are there any filters listed in: Settings -> Filters ? Do ANY of them use the "skip the inbox" option?

Are there any forwarding accounts setup in: Settings -> Forwarding ?

Do you access your account with an e-mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Pocomail, etc), a mobile app (iOS, Android, etc), an e-mail notifier, or any other add-on/tool/web-site/etc connected to your account?

Check Settings -> Accounts -> Change Account Settings -> Other Google account settings -> Security (left column) -> Third-party apps with account access -> Manage third-party access. This MAY work as a direct link: https://myaccount.google.com/u/0/permissions . Have you given account access to any other web-sites or utilities?

Please check the Details link below the Inbox (lower/right). What are all the types of account access listed there (posting a screen-shot may best)?

No. The message I sent myself , from another email account was not in ALL MAIL.
    I haven't a clue about what's happening.
I hope someone here is a lot smarter than me.

Go to the Google Support Page and post your issue. The link takes you to the page where someone else had this issue and there are 42 replies.

I doubt that anyone here is gonna be able to resolve a GMail-specific issue. The good news is that it appears to be a common issue, so it's not as though your specific account is the only one that had the wheels fall off.

I'd read that Help thread I linked to and maybe post your own question there.

The list I pasted above was the #1 Response, but there are a bunch of others. I use Yahoo email and have never had that issue. I don't know if you want to mess with it in the midst of the issues, but if these issues are being caused by hackers, at some point you should change that account's password.
