it started as a nice sunny day then late afternoon we got a bad wind and rain storm,, And everything is calm now, no damage done, whew!!
We had a rare light rain and some thunder during the night but today is OK and good to get our air cleaned a bit and enjoying a Panda combo meal, grazing on it.
You had to keep a monitor on for 24 hrs?? That is wild. I drove myself almost crazy yrs ago taking my BP several times a time and keeping a log etc.....bottom line our BP changes about every minute or less and words spoken, thoughts made, dreams etc etc can change BP....and of course that naughty sodium, but we do need sodium in our bodies too. I've learned so much and I do take BP meds for 20 yrs or so but not h eavy duty ones and older class of meds...they work fine. And when you've eaten something with high sodium, good to take some potassium to counteract the sodium....does a balancing job. And also, a couple short medications daily, 10 minute silent ones will do a lot. Just clear you mind and be in Silence.....and breath normally. If you can get into meditation, do longer ones as well....they can only benefit you.
Thanks for the advise Joy, i too take BP meds but never had any problems.. I take naps almost everyday ,,in stead of meditate, My naps are mostly just 1/2 hour naps and seems to refresh me alot,,!! Sunshine !!
I nap too and when I miss one, I feel it, and I NEVER napped in my busy life, but with aging, oh the changes. I enjoy short meditations, they power me up too.
