Well, I was 66.6% compliant until you add that new rule taking me down to 50%. I guess the next message I will get will be, "You are just 1% away from banishment." I will probably get that Script while I am drinking and trying to LIKE my Java.
Sorry but this made me laugh when I read the title. New Rule - Please consider carefully before liking posts.
Try not to be too offensive. Try not to be too easily offended. Play well with others. Don't click the Like control before the page has finished loading and the JavaScript has fully initialized. So that's why some have trouble liking your post, it's in the new rules. They hit the button too quickly and messed up the JavaScript thing. OK, now I will go back and hit the like button real slow.
One would think trying to perform an action before the code is loaded might cause there to be a performance issue, but why would it cause some out-of-context message that has no real application appear? Why does the program contain such a message in the first place? Where is it intended to be used? Can one enable a feature that requires folks to click-through that message every time they Like a post? It seems pointless.
Yeah, I have gotten the “are you sure” flag quite a few times over the last couple of years and it’s aggravating. The only time I do not mind any program asking me if I’m sure about something is when I hit the delete button. Otherwise, I do not like being questioned as if I’m some contestant on “Who wants to be a Millionaire” although I wouldn’t mind if the box I had to check said…..YES dang it! That’s my final answer!!
Stop ordering me around old man, who do you think you are, the admin? According to your long banner of badges, you are just senior staff,
