"The color of the letters are medium grey, and I already can't see well everything is blurry since my stroke, and this makes it worse.
I tried settings but don't see a place for this.

Take a look at windows for high contrast for people with eyesight problems. You will find it at "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization" win 7 and win 10 is probably different but just type the same into the start box, not that automated box but the regular start box like win 7 uses. I know they have some high contrast theme so just take a bit to see what they have. It is the dark themed softwares that just kill my eyes and all the developers who make things dark have good eyesight. Wait until they get old !

LOL, so you like the light print, but 'I think' I need the dark one, I'll try the site you mentioned and see if that works or if I can work it. Thanks Thomas

I forgot to mention using the Ctrl Key and + or - you can change your browser size. It only makes browser larger but does not effect your desktop or any font settings. If you use a laptop that might not be the answer due to the small size

Not the text it's the general overall theme much too dark for normal people. They not only make the backgrounds too dark but they also fiddle with the text and make it terrible also. You can change your font size in windows too so there are a few options that might help.

    I use a HP laptop.
The large letters look black, but the others are lighter.
For instance, the thread title is black and large, but posting and reading is lighter.

Also, depending on what you have, don’t forget to check the screen contrast setting.

You can change fonts very easily on windows systems. You have a font storage folder in you system and all you have to do is drop new fonts into the folder, but you don't want to add a huge amount they get pretty large in storage size.

Your system text designs, there are thousands of fonts and most are free. I use a lot of different fonts in my image tributes. They are typically stored here C:\\Windows\Fonts.... You can google any type of design you like or interested in. In your case google for dark text, but keep in mind it will not change website fonts which are coded into the page. Only your system fonts in windows changes for example using a program like photoshop or The Gimp or any visual image editor etc. Google a free font patriotic and see what comes up. They can be changed in notepad and has a drop down list of all that are installed on your windows system. You can add anything you like simply dropping the file into the font folder at the address above c:\\windows\fonts. You can search and find a bold Black font that you like and download it to desktop and drop it in then go to notepad and you will find it on the drop down menu left side that is tagged fonts. It will make all you writing text in that font, so if you don't want it just go back to the one that already being used, and only about two fonts are normally used for windows system. So before you change any be sure to write down the one that is being used it will save you time if you want to restore the previous font back. Here is a instruction set for win 10
