Not that I think at all that getting rid of gas stoves by law is good nor right,

but stoves, crockpots, toaster ovens, ninja foodies, toasters, hot plates,
and stoves again are available that are wired/made for 110-140.

Just curious also, a thought about what does Japan do , and other countries without natural gas lines ?

I've noticed that Yahoo (premier liberal mouthpiece on the internet) is not-s0-subtly planting "Gas Stoves Bad" articles almost daily. They are going to push this on us, just wait and see.

Guessing then that four people might die daily due to gas stoves exposure...
while forty thousand may die daily due to pollution ?

I doubt that you'll find a full size electric stove that operates on 110. Maybe a small cooktop or such.

If Japan has no natural gas then it was never an issue. Electric, propane, or wood; nothing puzzling there.

Japan had gas lines when I lived there in the 1970s, as the water heaters were in-demand small gas heater at every sink. My Japanese soaking tub also ran on gas. The house was so leaky, however, that no fumes could stay in. I think we had a small unvented gas heater there too.

The house I owned when I was in Los Fresnos, Texas had natural gas. Apparently, before I bought the place, there had been a gas appliance of some sort in one of the bedrooms, I don't know what, but when it was removed, the gas line was left in place and just turned off with a shutoff valve. I called that my suicide room. At that time, natural gas cost me about $15 a month. Of course, being single, I didn't cook at home much.

It took all of two minutes to find about twenty new 110v full size stoves online.

Had another mass shooting last night, this time in Monterey Park, CA, which is primarily Asian community. The people were celebrating the Lunar Holiday when the person came in and started shooting. 10 dead and others injured.

Just read the headlines of an article that someone called the ER, where injured people were being treated, and told hospital personnel, "I want to finish the job".

Why all these mass shootings? It seems like almost every time I turn on radio, there they are....All of the shooters on major drugs>??????

It 's being reported that the shooter, Huu Can Tran, 72. was found in a van in a nearby city with self inflicted gunshot(s).... so that puts the dead at 11 and many in the hospital.

The world has gone nuts. It should be no surprise that some of the craziness will be violent.

A gun is probably our best friend, all of us just don't realize that it is. Most will never see it and that's a wonderful thing because they never had to become a gunfighter to survive and they lived a normal life. Most of these cowardly attacks are due to the authorities not performing their jobs and responsibilities of keeping these sick people from owning a gun or buying one and keeping the really sick ones locked up. They spend all their time trying to destroy our constitution and buy a few votes doing so. Ain't gonna happen ! Leave our constitution alone because it is the only thing that will start a civil war when you attack it. We have a lot of morons today in public office that are openly talking about doing just that. They have already committed treason by complaining about the only thing that keeps us together as a nation. If I were them I would think about it a long long time before signing their own death warrants. A handful of morons who have no respect for me you or any other American. They have managed to split the nation right down the middle. Guess who all the killers prefer.

Publicity. The more mass shootings are publicized, the more want their names in the headlines. Huu Can Tran? I never heard of him. How could he go down in history?

Our lawmakers keep pushing gun control laws with these headlines when it will only be the law abiding who might abide by them. Leaving criminals and the government the ones with guns. (one and the same?) There are MILLIONS of guns out there. Some prevent shootings like the guy in the mall in Indiana. Many others who help we don't generally hear about.
If you take out suicides, until recently there were more deaths by medical mistakes than guns in this country. Maybe substantially more with the forced vaccines now.
