Lol, too funny and true. I lived in Cook County for many years. The Daley machine was alive and well.

I think they lived in Bridgeport on the southside of Chicago. My DIL was actually at his house when she was in college....a friend of hers knew his family or something.

It was always crooked but not as bad as it is now.
