Pre-wilted spinach and cheddar cheese in corn tortilla enchiladas smothered in salsa verde. That is on the queue anyway.

The easy crockpot favorite, chicken thighs with stuffing and sweet potatoes, just dump it all in and leave it until dinner. Now that I have discovered crockpot liners, cleanup is so much simpler, and I never have to take out the heavy crockpot like I did before . Crockpot liners are definitely the Cat’s Meow for this family !
