I LOVE MUSIC OF ALL KINDS. I can go from Strass to Brono Mars in a New York Minute and I'm from the south.

I'm listening to lots of music tonight along with a g=few glasses of wine, and some bad Bg levels, I walked, dance lifted weights down to acceptable number's. Thought I was having the big oner on trail today but made it.
Burt after the wine things are looking up.

 

Us and the dogs are rocking, or rapping out,

 

"along with a g=few glasses of wine, " Wow, either "g=few" is a lot or that wine is pretty potent.

Thanks Tony and I'm coming down from the wine but I also do lots of exercise, but losing too much weight look like a skeleton at 108lb's.!

I did 3 reps on the weights today after my walk, but need more protein to gain muscle I guess.;
