I've been in a "use what's in my freezer" mode, so last night was Mississippi Pot Roast sandwiches and potato skins. Also had a salad.

All this talk of fish made me go to my local Mom & Pop pizza place. Their prices are incredibly cheap. I got a big slab of fried flounder, a bunch of breaded butterfly shrimp, clam strips, fries, and green beans for around $9. I'll get 2 meals out of it.
