I heard this a.m. that DeSantis is for the US sending money etc. to Ukraine. I would disagree with this if it's true. I didn't even look into it as I got busy with other things, so if any knows anything about it, I'd be interested in hearing it. Denise

That comment, if true, would lead me to believe that DeSantis is a member of the political establishment despite what he has done in Florida. Possibly he is the proverbial wolf in sheep's clothing set up to keep Trump from re-election.

I so hope not Don, wouldn't be the first time I've been fooled by a "wolf" :( I'll go see if I can find where I saw that and I'll let you know, I'm sure it was one of Fox News videos or other I just flashed on. I'll google it too.

I think DeSantis is trying to have it both ways. His comment was ...

“While the U.S. has many vital national interests — securing our borders, addressing the crisis of readiness within our military, achieving energy security and independence, and checking the economic, cultural, and military power of the Chinese Communist Party — becoming further entangled in a territorial dispute between Ukraine and Russia is not one of them.”

    Pretty wishy-washy response, imo.

Trump Indicted? NBC News, along with Trump himself, is reporting that Trump is likely to be indicted next week. Supposedly leaked by 'officials in the know', this could be just a "test the waters" leak to judge public reaction or the real-deal result of NY's long-standing, 'get Trump' efforts.

I haven't heard, but indicted for what @John West It's all in the timing for the witch-hunters isn't it. Trumps been doing a lot of rallies, getting lots of attention, runs circles around biden and the Left will never stop trying to destroy him so they can make biden look better. Good, bloody luck with that. Trumpsters love Trump, warts and all. They best be careful though, such hate towards him can backfire on them, I think it already has.

There's a rather mentally disjointed New York DA who's out to get Trump and doesn't care what the charge is. He'd probably try to indict Trump for eating a cheeseburger; however, whatever he does, he'd better not miss. I sense the public may be getting tired of the two-tier justice system that's in place now. There's still the chance this leak was made to test the waters of public reaction, given the potential for blowback..

When you look at Hunter Biden's escapades and the J6 affair, whatever is coming back on them isn't slowing them down. I am thinking hey're banking on the short memory span of voters.

I’ve never seen a more petty and vindictive bunch of whining sycophants to the Democrat Party cause than what we have now. Nauseating.

Well I can't disagree with "short term" memory syndrome in America, and I'll add laziness, "my vote won't count anyway" attitude, and those that love free-money because they think others should support them.

Just for those that don't know me well, I believe there are folks that need our help, especially our Veterans, those that have lost jobs for no fault of their own, etc. But we do not owe money to Professional Government "seat warmers" that do nothing to help American citizens that sent them to DC to be our voice.
