Yes, I roast it in the oven. I cut up the cauliflower in bite size pieces and toss it with a little olive oil, salt and fresh rosemary or herb of choice (or you can omit the herb all together) and add it on a baking sheet lined with foil. I add some chopped minced garlic the last 5 minutes so it doesn’t burn. Burnt garlic is not tasty. Ask me how I know. You can grated some fresh parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower too, when you remove it from the oven, if you like. We like roasted veggies of all kinds.
