I Haven’t heard much more about it. They need to get answers though about who is doing this and why. Seems to me like someone or some group is running tests.

I read that a few years back. It’s one of many things our country doesn’t want to acknowledge. EMP weapons are just too easy, especially since they don’t need to get close. In fact, just the opposite. The higher they are (up to a limit) the more widespread the damage they can cause. But, we need to fix our bathroom’s gender issues first.
North Korea and Iran have been concentrating on EMP weapons. If Saddam Hussein had done that, he probably would still be in power, as the U.S. military cannot punch its way out of a paper bag without its tech weapons.
