Bi9g Pharma is trying to get Vitamin D supplements to be prescription only, as too many people are using them to maintain health and the drug companies figure they are losing money. They are also doing that with NAC supplements, and Amazon has stopped carrying NAC because of drug company pressure.

Must be a local thing for the time being Don.
Here on this side of the lower 48, Amazon carries a wide variety of NAC. Maybe they’re going to phase it out district by district.

Those whores will do anything to keep people sick and have them NEED drugs. Lets hope and pray the supplement world can continue to hold their own against the whores...

Not a bad idea to keep a stock of some of our supplements.

I read an article saying Dick Durbin wanted to ban supplements. Some articles state he wants FDA oversight on ingredients. Link to DuckDuckGo search results on this issue

I keep supply of supplements on hand, but if they get banned, I don't have enough to last the rest of my life.

Maybe they have reinstated it. Amazon put out a notice during Covid that they would no longer carry NAC. It apparently had some beneficial effect against Covid. Big Pharma was using the idea that it is considered a remedy for liver damage caused by acetaminophen/paracetamol. Glad to see the embargo is over.

I said vitamin is so important the body makes it using Cholesterol and sunlight as the medical system has demonized cholesterol and pushed sun blockers the vitamin D deficiency was going to happen to anyone listening to their doctors.
NAC helps the body to make glutathione which is the body's natural antioxidant another words it stops you from rusting. When you are young the body makes lots but as we age we make less. So having a way of increasing the amount in the body is great. Glutathione is like a one trick pony once it captures a free radical it is done but selenium can reactivate it. The obvious rusting out of the body [free radical damage] is liver spots on the hands and cataracts but the internal damage goes unnoticed.
