A party on my Conspiracy thread? Is this a conspiracy to side track this tread away from the Royal Family so the truth won't come out that they killed Princess Diana? Or did some of you really not read the tread title? If you didn't do so...it might be a good thing to remember to read thread titles and the opening posts in the future so there can be discussions instead of partying on someone's tread.
We are just commenting on the fact that we didn't realize this was in the conspiracy forum, Babs. Now I'm totally lost. What are you trying to tell us to do? I said I agreed with Holly and then also Terry because they live there and would have better knowledge of the whole mess.
To be honest I usually only catch the heading, unless you read the small print it's not always obvious which heading it is under, it was a genuine mistake on my part.
OH, DEAR ! ! I am afraid that the party is all MY fault, @Babs Hunt . I told everyone we had free (chocolate) tin-foil hats, and that they were all welcome in the conspiracy thread, they just have to wear the tin-foil hats when they are here. Be patient, most of these folks have never wandered down any "rabbit holes" before, and think the whole world is exacly like they read/hear on mainstream news. We need to start them off on some conspiracy that is easier for them to believe, like maybe "there is no Santa Claus", and then we can work up to the harder, more secret stuff. Also, we have to remember that not everyone goes to the Conspiracy and Paranormal sub-forum first thing to look for new conspiracy theories. These poor folks end up wandering in by accident, and tryng to figure out where they are. They will all be fine after a few of the Hershey's Tin-foil hats.
Originally, I only wandered in here to make a facetious comment, but since I'm here now, I'll throw in my opinion. Diana craved attention from the media, but she wanted it all on her own terms. She seemed unwilling or unable to accept that things don't work like that. One thing I remember my partner saying years ago was that she (Diana, that is) seemed to operate in reverse to a lot of young women. If you see the early pictures of her, she is dressed very primly. By her mid-thirties, everything about her appearance screams "look at me, please take a photo of me." Of course, nobody deserves to lose their life for being a media whore, but there was something sadly inevitable about her demise.

That of course would be in your opinion @Tom Locke In my opinion the media "hounded" a young woman who found out the life she had been living was nothing but a lie from beginning to end. The Royals' used Diana and then when she stood up to them and their lies...they did everything they could to destroy her...and finally did. Diana "dressed" the way the Queen insisted she dress but once the Royal Family exposed their true selves to Diana and basically "snubbed" her for no longer being willing to let them control her...she started experimenting to see what suited her in clothes as well as other things...and she had every right to do just that. The Royals, including Diana's husband Charles had two sets of rules, one for them and one for Diana which basically gave them control over everything Diana did, wore, etc. while they lived a life of freedom to do what they wanted, when they wanted. They were jealous of her popularity with the People and of the way she freely gave of herself to so many humanitarian causes...even when the Royals did not want her involved in some of them. The few "mistakes" she might have made are nothing compared to the blatant wrongs Charles and his family did to Diana. In fact this Conspiracy ended with murder but actually begin when the Royals decided it was time to find a young innocent to breed heirs for the Kingdom. They never cared about Diana as a person or even saw her as one as far as I am concerned and they didn't care that they deceived her with their lies, etc. either. If Diana suffered emotional trama from what had been done to her...it was with good cause. As for the media...Diana did not care for the media but just like with any one who is famous...the media would not leave her alone and invaded even the most private of moments in her life when they could.
I don't understand where you get all the facts that you state, Babs? I would think those living there would have better knowledge of the Royal family then we do. You talk as if you knew her personally, if that's the case then say so.
Well, the the question was asked, whichever thread it was asked in, it was asked.... Did the Royal family conspire to kill princess Diana? Answers were given. Since there is no proof the poor woman was murdered, I cannot accept as "truth" that she was. The same way I believe OJ did commit murder, it is my belief. I can't say it is the truth.
