Walker died in a single-car fiery crash at the age of 40 as the passenger in his car being driven by someone else, going 90MPH in a 45MPH zone. Walker's family sued the estate of the driver of Walker's car (who also died on the crash) and they sued Porsche, the manufacturer of the car. They lost the suit against Porsche, whose successful defense was "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes." Not being a hard-core fan, I have vague memories of the story. I get shocked stumbling across incidents of relatively recently deceased old-time celebrities, not having heard of their demise in a contemporaneous manner. This are Hollywood superstars whose deaths should be headline news.
