Hi Frank, for some reason I have always seen you as our resident mystery man with hidden depths, I hope to get to know you a bit better over the next couple of days My first question is what is your favourite way of relaxing, plus how do you feel being in the Hot Seat?
Hi Frank, I'll get right to the nitty gritty, your posts are interesting but I have a hard time following the way you write. Have you always written this way and do you also talk like this? Remember I'm a ditzy blonde and and I don't want to reply to a post if I'm not sure what the question is.
Well, this Hot Seat deal is a new thing sprung on me. But, Ithink I get the "gist" of it, so will take comments one at a time. This may require patience on "you-all's" part, as I am currently sitting in a kind of "hot seat" in a Gambling House, my wife demanding her ChromeBook back! To quote Arnold, "Ahll bi beck"! Frank
OKAY! Before I spill my guts, someone explain to me why "Personal Diaries" category is not showing up in "New Posts"! That's where I usually look first, and this evening has there proved to be a bust. Help? Frank
Dang Me! They oughtta take a rope and hang me! High from the highest tree; Yip, Yip, Yip, Yip, Woman would'ja weep for me!"
Terry's multifluous OP explained: The 1972, white Ford Ranchero sits outside my window, awaiting restoration, by me, for my nephew in the Marine Corps, who just a few days ago, let me know he will be deployed overseas for the month of May, where, why, unknown. The truck is his, bought by me for him, as incentive to get out alive......he restored a 1970 Bronco which I gave him ten years ago, and if I had a kid of my own, he would be the "apple of my eye"! A few weeks ago, I mailed him, in confidence, the combinations to two safes containing, .......items,......of vast importance to both him and me, with the explanation that he is the only person I trust implicitly. He called to confirm receiving it, asking,.....am I dying. I told him, hell, no, not that I know of! Next pic, showing my lathe and milling machine in my shop, depicts the things I use in my unending quest to create, build, fix, a great variety of stuff. Between those two, my Wire-Feed Welder sits, awaiting instructions.... To the right of the shop scene, well, how can I say I was once very proud of my appearance, worked really hard to maintain it, hoping my young wife would find that effort satisfactorally stimulating to keep us together forever, Stupid thought. I think I understand her motives better today, than I did then.....She had just lost her brother at 25 to ulcerative colitis, her sister, 18, had just gone to Chicago to set up with a 'Nam Vet who looked like a weirdo out of a Sci Fi movie, he promptly relieved her of the $4,000 bequeathed her by her Father's life insurance, and she returned to us, tail between the legs. The final pic shows my wonderful -ex, beside the '66 Mustang I built for her, late model 302 engine, it was intended to provide trouble-free service as I saw the storm clouds gathering, .......and I cried at night. The house was the first I had custom-built, the desert-rock veneer the result of innumerable trips in the desert gathering them. One time, I heard the undeniable sound of a Rattlesnake! At the time, we still lived in an apartment, as the house was being built, and I caught it, and brought it back, putting it in the bathtub, from which I knew it could not escape, it being about 20" long. She came home from working at the Stardust Beauty Salon, I took her in the bathroom to show her my prize. NOT a good idea! The snake was relinquished to the desert. Can you imagine I was bashed by email after being banned from SF, the note claiming I had made all this up??

My question Frank is this: Why aren't you answering the questions people are asking you here on the Hot Seat? You are talking about other things and so far, ignoring the questions. Here is a second question: If you could travel anywhere in the world this summer, where would you like to go?
Maybe Frank changed his mind after signing up for the Hot Seat. He didn't participate by asking anyone else any questions either.
Due to the fact that Frank by his absence doesn't seem to want to go any further, and having received instructions from above we will move on to @Babs Hunt I will start the thread shortly.
