It's not any kind of holiday, but today (June 14th) is Flag Day. I just hung our U.S. Flag on our patio. I'm sure some of these young people living here will wonder why we are displaying our flag. Then again, there are those that simply don't care about Flag Day, because it's not a day-off from work.

So, does anyone display their U.S. Flag on Flag Day? I know there are those that don't even own an American Flag, like my wife's family. Then again, I'm the only military veteran in the family.

Not to change my thread, but I know exactly what you mean by "Damed arthritis"! I have to take some Tylenol each day for my osteoarthritis in my left shoulder that showed up after a rotator cuff surgery. I'm hoping to get an MRI on that shoulder to see what is fully going on inside. Actually, I take a 50mg Tramadol every-other day, along with a 650mg/8hr Tylenol to relieve the pain.
