    https://www.pureformulas.com/t-reli...ablets-90-chewable-tablets-by-medinatura.html

The reason I know is that after taking this homeopathic medicine for 2 months and I was getting some relief and when I stopped taking the tabs (I ran out), the big pain and stiffness came back on full boar. I have 2 bottles on order and will get back with them. They are helping as I can walk with more ease when I was taking them ....

Talked to the company in NM and they and I concur that my body is needing the tabs to function better.....

I had 2 tabs left in the bottle and took them last night and it was like instant the relief, obvious it's because I had been taking regular doses for 2 months...so there is some build in knee. Looking at my order details they say delivery by 6/23, I can;t wait to get them going again.

Thanks Yvonne and that bottle you posted is NOT t he one I was taking and will take again, mine is the advanced version that says extra strength on the bottle. dollar or so more cost, but it's said stronger.

I have tried that same formula and had some success with it. Had arthroscopic on both knees. I don't tend to get too much knee pain these days, but I have used that product in the past.

from having had surgery on both knees, I did learn that the knees, generally, have very poor circulation. And that some folks do better if they do a very very simple exercise, especially before they stand up. Just take your hands and rub the sides of your knees, well and thoroughly...oh, for maybe a minute or two. It increases circulation and fights against stiffness.

Also, re stiffness, can't hurt to check on your hydration levels. Most of us really do not drink enough water daily. And re pain levels? When I do hydrate properly, all my symptoms reduce.

I believe the worst thing that the UCLA docs did on my knee was a "clean out" arthroscopic, r ight? This was after 2.5 months IV abx for knee infection and t hen they did the clean out, my knee was WORSE.

My new supply of T Relief came late yesterday and I tore into it to start the process again. No surgeries if I can HELP IT.

Their latest addition I'm told is bringing out a T Relef Extra Strength and that is what I am taking now again after being off it for 5-6 days...
