https://healthguideweekly.com/repor...MInbzttJ39_wIV9RWtBh0hSwa9EAAYBCAAEgKf0_D_BwE I'm going to finish viewing the video but will do the "light" massage of the lids --- makes too much Good Sense and no money being made by Eye Industries....... I have NOT had any blurry issues and I'm close to making 85, and now I do...dread dread dread the industry eye surgery route. The Eye industry is Huge and Huge Money Profit business. You name it, it's out there for eye health....and glasses, frames, contact lens, Lasik etc etc etc But no advice about Massage for the eyes, over the lids not in the eyes.... I will make sure to do a light massage of my eyes before I go to sleep each night. I also use homeopathic eye solutions so my eyes are kept moist and not dried out. Pls view the video and let me hear your views. _._,_._,_
Here is Video I'm referring to: https://no1-choice.com/cataract-res...300012a0497&rtkcmpid=642eade96470a10001c19f1e
12 years ago, I had a similar experience. The optometrist was trying to take a retina photo with the Optomap Camera & she kept having problems getting a clear photo. She got frustrated & said the problem was caused by my cataracts. I said, "Cataracts? I'm 58; isn't that rather young for cataracts?" She said, "Well....uh....you're diabetic.....diabetics get cataracts sooner." Another (competent) optometrist took a perfectly-clear retina photo on the 2nd attempt. And (as I knew), I had no cataracts. Well, blaming the patient is better than saying "I don't know what I'm doing."
The eye doctor t hat told me about 20 yrs ago that cataracts were on the way,, knew to say this as so many older folks end up with cataracts and then the "cat" surgery and all that goes with that. I'm thinking I was 60 when he told me this and he was probably70 something, and I had NO knowledge of what was coming to me.. So here I am at 85 and up pops blurred left eye. I've taken years of eye supplements, so I'll just do the massaging when I feel like doing t hem Who here that had the "cats" surgically taken care of are good with results they are liiving with.
LOL - "Cataracts are on the way." 20 years ago? Your doctor is a ..............genius. Arthritis, hearing loss & death are also on the way. I'm a genius too.
He's not a genius but knows what is going to hit the aging population. As it's been I've made it to 85 and the "cats" just hit. I believe it's cataract as my eye is blurry.
My lovely SO, who is 77, just had lasik cataract surgery a couple of months ago. New "monofocal" lens were installed as part of the process, which cured her life long astigmatism. She sees better now (20/20) than she ever has before. Money well spent.
I know no one who had Lasik but a gf's deceased husband had Lasik many years ago and I recall the issues he had. GOod luck on that.
This new procedure is not the same as lasik 20 years ago. She is doing just fine. No need for good luck.
I know it's not the same but that doeesn't mean "not without possible issues"....take the good luck or don't.
You know, based on your antiscience posting history, I was hesitant about sharing our experience, but went ahead and made my rather innocuous post. For reasons unknown, you feel the need to make a negative out of my SO's positive experience. What a mean nasty hateful way to live. My condolences.
Science science science, so many scream read the science. I've done the so called science route until I "woke up" in the 80's and stepped into the alternative world of health.
My wife has had problem eyes all her life, practically blind without glasses. After her cancer treatments, it got worse, double vision when looking to the sides plus progressively worsening vision because of low tension glaucoma and cataracts. She did her homework and found a really good guy down near DC. So, she had cataract surgery on both eyes (different dates) and he did a goniotomy on both eyes as well when doing the cataract surgery. The double vision could not be corrected surgically so she still has to wear glasses with prisms in them to correct double vision when looking to the sides. So she opted to have her vision surgically corrected for being able to read in bed without glasses and have the glasses also corrected for far vision since she’s be wearing them anyway during the day. She said her vision is great for reading in bed, no more hazy brown images and the new glasses have also corrected everything else. I’m lucky, my vision has always been very good, only as I’ve gotten older do I need reading glasses. Eye doc says I have some mild cataract formation but nothing to worry about now.
