At some point in time, it might be prudent for the U.S. to declare eminent domain and pay whatever the properties are worth and take it all back. Now, whatever the Government would do with it once the properties have been acquired would probably be yet another millstone around the necks of the American taxpayer but it would no longer belong to a foreign government.
Congress could make it illegal for a foreign entity to own real estate in this country. Then China and others would have to sell the land to a domestic entity. That would save the tax payer and make it totally legal. In extremis, the U.S. could simply seize China's assets in the U.S. like they did Russia's. So many politicians are in the pocket of the CCP that I don't see either thing happening. A federal court in Texas just ruled that the Feds had to stop pressuring the social media companies to censor those posting anti-Administration information. I am sure it will be judge-shopped and appealed. Biden's Ministry of Truth is real. The only truth is what is allowed by the government.
A couple of public hangings of officials who are still accepting money from foreign enemies would sort all this out real soon. They can begin with that half wit and his crackhead son. More important we better get this FBI and Justice Department cleaned up before anything or we will soon erupt into a civil war with so many corrupt people still acting like kings and queens.

China is not making the money it was making from the USA, those third world countries pay a lot less for goods than we do. There was a time we propped Mexico in the early 70s and one example was sugar, there was a shortage here in the US and you couldn't find sugar but you could walk across the border to Mexico and buy all you wanted and it was packaged in the USA !!! Another simple but truthful example was and still is Peanut Butter, we pay out the yahoo for it while they practically give it away to third world countries. I feel pretty sure that had something to do with the guy from Georgia that made a huge fortune in peanuts. Brother Billy didn't do so well with his Billy Beer, I thought he was a real hoot, just imagine photographers all over the tarmac and he takes a whiz under the wing of the plane. I think he must have been pretty lazy and probably if truth were known never owned the service station, but Jimmy owned making sure his younger brother was gainfully employed since he stayed drunk most of the time.

China has now halted the export of drones to Russia, perhaps to prepare for the attack on Taiwan. Drone manufacturing has been moved to North Korea while China concentrates on Taiwan. China has moved a large numbers of ships and planes to the area of Taiwan. China is practicing in-air refueling and appears to be preparing for a blockade of Taiwan. What will the U.S. do in response? Things will change in a moment. September 23 is tomorrow..... The eeriest thing about this Chinese maneuver is that it has been done without fanfare. No announcements or threats were made. China just started moving military assets. This is the first time China has made a move of this kind without announcing it first, and it follows a demonstration that they can hack our aircraft, and perhaps our power grid and water systems....
China, who now owns Smithfield, has announced the closing of a large number of U.S. processing plants for pork. They will be replacing the processed meat with Chinese pork, as it is cheaper than U.S. meat.
