I think that this is excellent advice, @Jayce Gray ! I do try to follow it, but I seem to go in cycles. Sometimes, I am studying and working hard to learn how to take the best care of my health, and then I go through a spell where it just does not seem like it is worth even trying anymore. Fortunately, the “Getting Healthier Bug” always bites me again, and I am back to eating better, exercising and have a good attitude again. I think that it is natural to have “up days” and “down days”, and we just have to work our way through the down ones.
Years ago, some one at work asked me if I wanted to be rich and what would i do. I answered - I am one the richest people you know. How he asked. I have good health and that is the only rich I need. Without good health, all the money in the world means Nothing. I still believe that today . Not as rich as I once was, but still very rich compared to many.
I go in cycles, there are some supps that I never stop taking daily and some that I took some yrs ago and a friend just brought up Pantothenic Acid (B5) for extra energy and I had been not taking it for some time and now I'm back on...I could sure USE more energy, some days are worse than others. And PT who comes to my house 2 x's weekly is a good motivator and gave me 2 ideas to help me walk better. Grab bar in bathroom and remove throw rug in living room....I heard her and took action. How I lived so long with no grab bar...yikes..
