I recently rewatched this movie with the name in the title. It is unusual, almost like alternative history, but very well done, excellent writing and acting and only goes Hollywood a few times. If you haven’t seen it, I recommend it as a chilling example of how close we are to what we see there, and what one possible solution looks like.

I checked our library's catalog and it is available & will check it out. I get mostly losers but only a few really good ones from time to time.

I just finished watching it. I was wasn't sure what I was watching at the beginning, but knew I had to see how it ended. It got an 8.2 out of 10 rating on IMDB. The plot could be loosely tied to what's going on in the country now.....people vs the powerful. Is Trump "V"?

Yep. It’s strange seeing it as a fictional movie and yet seeing so much that smacks of the familiar in these times. It’s an unusual movie but I liked it quite a lot.
