Homemade chili again, but with jalapeño cornbread. I got all inspired this morning and made cornbread. I have already enjoyed it fresh out of the oven liberally sandwiched with local made butter. I think I will make brownies today. I can't believe I am getting all Betty Crockery this cold morning.
Crustless "Cowboy" pizza from the local bake your own pizza joint. I don't know why they call it a pizza, because it is just a tray of topping. I thought a basic pizza was a bread and cheese. I am not sure why they call it cowboy either since it has pepperoni and Italian sausage, with olives, mushrooms, and onions. Regardless of my nit picking, it is tasty and I get it because their crust is always tough, and it was 40% off today.
I just had cheese and crackers for lunch and I haven't nary a clue what would be easy for supper. Maybe eggs and pancakes.
