We watch the SOTU for a few minutes last night, then turned the channel. We didn't know until this morning's news that a lady in the Chambers was wearing a MAGA (Trump) ball cap. Wonder how she got that in there, but good for her! Guess she tried to say something to Biden, but he totally ignored her.
Biden was really juiced up last night a lot like he was when he delivered that speech under the red lights a couple of years ago. This was a campaign speech, not a state of the union, except that it emphasized we have no unity. I wonder what meds they give him to wind him up like that. He was interrupted by a Gold Star dad whose son was killed at Abby Gate in Afghanistan. The man was arrested and jailed. This administration has no shame. It was Greene who prodded him into acknowledging the nursing student that was killed by an illegal alien. Biden got her name wrong but he called the killer an illegal. That must have been a slip.
I didn’t watch it, but the woman who gave the poor response was Katie Britt from Alabama, and she was apparently chosen by Ronna McDaniel, the McCain daughter, who would have picked the poorest choice possible. If she had chosen someone like Ramaswamy, who is intelligent and can think on his feet, he would have chewed up Biden and spit out the pieces. This Biden seemed to definitely be the “angry Biden” that they had give the speech where he looked like an angry devil with red behind him, instead of the “demented but harmless” old coot they usually use for Biden.
Everyone knows the State of the Union, there's just those that hate Trump that could "evidently" care less about the state of our country. I hope they enjoy their money, while they can
My heart went out so much to that man, as well as Laken's family and friends ♥️♥️♥️ Now I'm concerned about what they plan on doing to him after arresting him. What a load of evil of those sitting around him with their attitudes all over their faces.
I have wondered if perhaps they have him drugged when he needs to seem stable. Maybe he is using some of Hunter's cocaine or some other stimulant to keep him upright long enough to destroy the country.
I just think it fades in and out, but the deal is, he can't just get lucky all the time, but nothing he said, that I'm mainly hearing from others, is just so far from really, truthfully addressing the state of our country. People supporting him must be afraid of Putin, much more than the criminals (whether insane or not) have flooded our country.
I watched a large part of it, and it sounded like the state of the union was pretty dreary. As expected, though, the media thinks it was a great speech. Lowered expectations, I guess. He didn't fall asleep or walk into any walls, so he did great.
As Tucker and many others have said, the current party in the White House and many of those in Congress care nothing about the U.S. except perhaps a route to personal wealth and they destroy the nation supporting them.
So far his failings have not stopped the left from pulling all their dirty tricks possible which will include cheating so I can only hope we have all our bases covered when it comes time to vote for our president to take over this freaking mess
I think he'll have a second term (if they don't opt for a replacement), but it will be the result of cheating like we've never seen before, and the January 6 persecutions will ensure that most people will be afraid to object publicly. Now that we've accepted cheating as just part of the game, I think Biden's State of the Union was correct - the state of the union is indeed dreary.
I so hope you are wrong, I truly feel many of us are going to suffer more than we ever though it was possible, if he is kept in office. I'm already afraid to make any trips I would have liked to. I am barely affording the food I need that is nutritional in my opinion. and worst of all, I am seeing our middle-income families losing way more than me on my own. Only the rich "might" survive, and I still think that's the plan to complete the Left's power takeover. The rich may have their walls/motes and body-guards, but some of them will get theirs as well. Many of us still think "oh it will never effect me in my lifetime". I guess we'll see. When the NRA is truly beaten, that's when we the people won't even be able to defend ourselves.
So do I, but unless the Supreme Court decides to get involved this time (in 2020, they opted to allow the cheating), I can't imagine what would prevent widespread cheating.
