I had a greasy Dollar General microwave sandwich and Cheetos for lunch (my curiosity has been satisfied, I'll never do that again), so tonight's gonna be a salad & Italian bread.

When you typed "ricorda," did you mean ricotta? I've never added ricotta at the table like that. Or I've never heard of ricorda.

Yes it's ricotta, I forget I speak in the slang That's how it comes out I didn't check the spelling.
Sometimes if it's cold from the frig we add a little pasta water to warm, however it thins it out. I like adding it to my dish cold.

Yeh, I figured yous bein' from Lonk Eyeland...

I like ricotta. I never thought of "just adding it" at the table versus baking it in the dish. You can make great pancakes with it, too.

We have used them in pancakes, When my daughter Had the cafe, I She had them on the breakfast menu.
We make a whole slew of different Easter Pies with it, the chocolate ricotta pie is delish.
