I have seen chimps using simple tools, e.g., thinbranches that were inserted into termite mounds to catch termites, or clubs when warring with other troupes, but I have never seen Orangs using tools.
I wonder if that title is wrong and the chimp taught the orang. (PS: I looked on the web and there is no way to embed a Facebook Reels video like the one you linked to.)
Sorry. I wasn't clear. The forum has the ability to embed Facebook vids (as well as others) so they are embedded in the comment so you don't have to leave the forum to watch them. Your initial link worked fine...I was trying to embed the video directly. Apparently it cannot be done with a Facebook "Reel" video. So...I think the chimp taught the orangutan how to use the tool, not the other way around.
